About Pieter Hessels
Pieter Hessels Landscape Design was born from a deep-rooted passion for gardens and natural landscapes, nurtured from an early age in the rural environments of Brazil and the United States. With a rich cultural upbringing that emphasised literature, natural history and the arts, Pieter's journey into landscape design began after an initial detour through law school.
A transformative internship with B+B in Amsterdam, followed by training at the Inchbald School of Design in London and experience with Arne Maynard Garden Design, solidified his commitment to creating unique and inspiring landscapes.
Based in Amsterdam for almost two decades, Pieter Hessels Landscape Design is one of the country's leading firms and is expanding across Europe with a vision to evolve his designs.
